1. Who is responsible for your data
This website and the enquiries it generates are operated by BHE-Group LLC, 32 Washington Pl, New York, NY 10003, USA (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at [email protected] or +1-689-374-8328 for any question about this policy or your personal data.
2. What we collect
- Information you send us. Name, company, email address, telephone number, delivery location, equipment requirements and any other detail you include in a quote request, contact form or email.
- Technical information. IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed and referring source, collected through analytics cookies when you consent.
- Advertising measurement data. Where you consent, tags on this site may record that an advertising click led to an enquiry, so that campaign performance can be measured.
3. Why we use it
- To answer enquiries, prepare quotations and fulfil orders (performance of a contract or steps taken at your request).
- To provide technical support, warranty service and spare-part information.
- To improve this website and understand which pages are useful (with your consent).
- To measure and improve advertising campaigns (with your consent).
- To meet accounting, tax and legal obligations.
4. Cookies and consent
This site uses a small number of cookies. Essential cookies keep the site working (for example, remembering your cookie choice). Analytics and advertising cookies — including Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement via the Google tag — are only activated after you accept them in the consent banner.
For visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland we use Google Consent Mode v2: advertising and analytics storage default to “denied” until you make a choice, and are updated to “granted” only if you accept. You can change your mind at any time by clearing cookies for this site, which makes the banner appear again.
| Category | Purpose | Activated |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | Serving the site, remembering your cookie preference (stored locally in your browser). | Always |
| Analytics | Aggregated statistics on pages viewed and traffic sources (Google Analytics 4). | After consent |
| Advertising measurement | Measuring whether an advertising click resulted in an enquiry (Google Ads conversion measurement). | After consent |
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate: website hosting, email, freight and installation partners, and analytics or advertising platforms. These providers process data on our instructions and under their own contractual safeguards. Where an enquiry relates to equipment supplied by a manufacturer or partner, we may share the minimum necessary details to arrange delivery, warranty or technical support.
Information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, where our business is established.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become orders: up to 24 months.
- Customer and order records: for the duration of the relationship and then as long as required for warranty, tax and accounting purposes.
- Analytics data: per the retention setting of the analytics platform, generally up to 14 months.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, to receive your data in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time. California residents may also request disclosure of the categories of personal information collected and opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA — we do not sell personal information.
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We respond within 30 days and may ask for information to verify your identity.
8. Security
We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS), access controls and limited retention. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
This website is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or the law. The date at the top of this page shows the current version.
