Why buyers work with BHE Group

We are equipment specialists, not a generic catalogue. Every enquiry is matched to the volumes, utilities and labour your operation actually has.

Selection that matches the operation

We start from covers per day, kilos per shift, available power, water and floor space — then shortlist machines that fit the numbers instead of the other way round.

New and second-hand options

Where budget or lead time matters, we quote certified second-hand and refurbished machines alongside new units, with the condition and warranty position stated in writing.

Delivery, installation and commissioning

Placement, connection to services, balancing, test runs and operator handover — planned with your contractor and scheduled around service hours where needed.

Spare parts and consumables

Filters, seals, door gaskets, belts, hoses, heating elements and control components sourced for the machines we supply, so a breakdown is measured in hours.

Documentation and compliance

Technical data sheets, electrical and gas connection data, CE/UKCA documentation where applicable and user instructions supplied for every machine we deliver.

Straight commercial terms

Written quotations with lead times, delivery terms, warranty period and payment schedule stated up front. No undisclosed charges added after the order.

Second-hand occasions

Refurbished machinery, inspected before it ships

Our second-hand range is built from machines we can verify: ex-hotel, ex-industrial laundry and trade-in equipment. Each unit is stripped, cleaned, functionally tested and repaired where needed before it is offered.

  • Photographed and described as found — wear and cosmetic condition stated
  • Functional test of drums, bearings, heating, control boards and safety interlocks
  • Worn consumables replaced (gaskets, belts, seals, filters) before dispatch
  • Written warranty position and spare-part availability confirmed in the offer
